What curriculum does JSS International School follow?

JSS International School follows the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) curriculum from Pre-KG to Grade 12. Our approach emphasizes experiential and collaborative learning to develop lifelong skills.

What is the school’s current KHDA rating?

The school is consistently rated “Very Good” by the KHDA, with “Outstanding” ratings in several key areas including Secondary Mathematics, Science, and Social Responsibility.

Where is the school located?

We are located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) South, Dubai.

Admissions & Enrollment

What is the age criteria for admission?

As per Ministry of Education guidelines:

  • Pre-KG: Must have completed 3 years by March 31st.
  • KG 1: Must have completed 4 years by March 31st.
What documents are required for registration?

 

  • Duly filled admission form.
  • Copies of the student’s birth certificate, passport (with valid visa), and Emirates ID.
  • Parents’ passport and Emirates ID copies.
  • Original Transfer Certificate (attestation required based on the country of origin).
  • Recent passport-size photographs and color vaccination records.
Is there an assessment for new students?

Yes. For Pre-KG and KG 1, there is an interaction with the KG teacher. For Grade 1 to Grade 12, students are required to attend in-person interaction/assessment.

Fees & Payments

What is the fee structure for the 2025-2026 academic year?

Annual tuition fees range from approximately AED 15,909 (Pre-KG) to AED 41,513 (Grade 12), depending on the grade level.

Are there any discounts available?

 

Yes, we offer several discount schemes including:

  • Sibling Discount: 10% for the third sibling.
  • Referral Discount: 10% through our “Refer a Friend” program.
  • Corporate/Staff: Discounts for school employees.
